Rec's of Andrew Miller of Brookhaven the sum of Eight pounds New York money in full Satisfaction of & for certain helf part of the ninteenth lott of land lying at the waiding River being the Equal half of that lot of land which William Helme and Thomas Helme formerly sold to Thomas Saint and I do hereby oblige myself my heirs & afsigns to acquite & discharge the said Thomas Helme and his heirs from any cost charge or trouble whatsoevery on account of the said lot of lant by Sufficient Instrument in writing under my hand & Seal on demand witnefs my hand & Seal the 6th day of October 1746.
