QUIT CLAIM between Sarah Helme & Hannah Helme Woodhull


This Indenture made the .... day of .... in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty six Between Sarah Helme of Miller Place, Long Island part of the first part for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which the said Sarah Helme has beareth unto her daugther said Hannah H. Woodhull hath remised, released and quit=claimed, and by presents doth remise, release and quit=claim, unto the said party of the second part, and to here, and assigns for ever, All my right, title, interest, claims and demand whatsoever of, in and to All and every part of All that certain piece or parcel of Land Situate in Millers Place aforesaid, and ....need, South Easterly by the road which leads from Miller Place beginning at Water called the Pond, to the Shore or landing; Northerly by the Shore on the Water called the Sound; Westerly by the Land of Deliverance Brown; and Southerly by the .... Road or highway which runs through Millers Place aforesd. Containing by estimation Sixty acres more or less. All that other piece or parcel of Land heretofore Known as the "Old Landing" and Bounded Northerly by the Sound; Easterly the David's Hollow (commonly so called) Southerly by the woodland of Samuel Hopkins; and the Lane of Samuel Davis; and westerly and Northwesterly by the land of Lewis Davis and the aforesaid Road leaving from Millers Place to the Som... containing by estimation sixty acres more or lefs.

It being the intention of the said party of the first part to release all the interest she has acquired in the above premises in consequence of any monies and or advanced by her in relation to the same.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, preditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and ........
