"All that certain parcel of land situated at Millers Place in said Town of Brookhaven bounded Easterly by the road leading from Millers Place to Middle Town, now called Middle Island: Southerly by land now of said Arthur H. Helme, formerly of Charles Woodhull: Northerly and Westerly by land of said George P. Helme, containing one acre being the same plot of land conveyed to Thomas Helme by Benjamin Glover and wife dated March 15, 1831, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber Q of deeds page 11 April 12, 1832: said Thomas Helme died intestate Jany. 21st 1853 and said Arthur H. Helme and Cornelius H. Helme sons of Timothy H. Helme deceased, intestate and George P. Helme the party of the second part, are his sole living representatives.
